By using the www.photopaperuk.co.uk website to make an order you are offering to buy these goods subject to these Terms & Conditions. We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you in our Online Store.

Statutory Rights
These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Confirmation
After receiving your order, our system will contact you via email confirming the products you have ordered and the price. All our prices displayed on the website exclude delivery costs (unless otherwise stated) which can be chosen by the customer during the checkout process.

Delivery
All our products are subject to availability, however customers can see if the product is available from stock from the web site. If the goods you order are in stock then we will despatch the order within 24hrs. If goods are not in stock at time of order we will try to complete the order within 5 working days. Orders are sent either by Royal Mail or Courier & only to UK mainland addresses. At present we do not supply goods outside of the UK.

Payment
Payment can be made by a number of methods. You can choose to pay by Cheque, Postal Order, direct into a High street Bank or Credit/Debit Card through PayPal. Please note that cheques will normally take 5 working days to clear & direct payments take 3 days to clear prior to orders being despatched.

Invoice/Receipt
At the time of ordering you are sent an electronic email notifying you of the order you have placed. You will also be sent an invoice with your order.

Mistakes, Complaints & Disputes
All consumers have the advantage of a 14-Day Guarantee. If you have made a mistake in your order you can return the products and we will do our best to replace the product or refund, subject to a handling charge to cover postage. If the mistake is by  PhotoPaper UK  we will contact you and arrange to replace the product in the fastest time possible. Complaints & Disputes can be made to our Customer Services Team via Email. All complaints will be effectively investigated and resolved.

Faulty Goods
Should any of the goods you have order arrive faulty or damaged, inform us within 7 days of arrival and we will arrange a refund or replacement to suit your requirements. All faulty goods must be returned to us. If agreeing to a refund then we will refund the payment within 30 Days, however, if the goods are found to be in good order, then we will return the goods to you.

We assume no liability for defects, faults or damage caused by faulty application and processing of our products, faulty equipment or faulty equipment application. In the event of a guarantee claim, our liability shall be limited to our products. All liability for consequential and equipment damage shall be excluded.

Mistakes in Invoices & Payments
While all efforts are made to be accurate with Invoices and Payments, sometimes mistakes can happen. If you notice a mistake then please contact you as soon as possible and we will correct the mistake within 30 days.

Complaints
PhotoPaperUK  aims to keep all customers 100% satisfied with the service and products we offer. Most customers are very happy and satisfied with our services and goods. However, we do admit that sometimes there are problems that occur, for this reason we like to hear your complaints regarding our service. Please direct any complaints to sales@photopaperuk.co.uk. When we receive your complaint we will investigate the matter and come to a solution. We will acknowledge every complaint received within 48 hours.
